Country music is full of tradition. Story telling has long been the basis for many classic country songs. And when it comes to telling stories there is nothing better than sharing those stories with your friends and family.

So it makes sense that family is a big part of country music’s heritage.

While country music artists feel like they are all part of the family of country music, there are plenty of great actual families that have graced the radios and turntables over the years. The Bleeding Hearts hopes to add to this tradition. 

Bleeding Hearts Family band was formed when Will and JD Miller decided to pursue a life in music.  Performing since they were 7 years old, the brothers took to band life naturally. Their mother Jeanne Miller and long partner in music Jim Daniels decided to form the band to use their own performance experience to benefit the next generation.  With good luck and timing, lifelong musician Carrie Cook also joined in the cause , bringing her one of a kind bass playing, stories and history to the band.  

Wherever they travel, the Bleeding Hearts welcomes season musicians into the mix growing the brothers' experience and making for an incredible show.  The one requirement is you need to love people so much, it hurts, hence, the name.
